What does delivery cost for online orders?

Delivery cost is charged on the weight of the combined final order and the area of delivery.

Outlying areas: We will create a custom delivery quote based on your order and location. We shall update your cart with this custom delivery cost and email it to you to enable you to proceed to checkout with your order.

Reserve stock online and Collect Instore (free of charge): Buy online and we will process your order so that you can skip the queue and go straight to dispatch to collect your order from your closest CTM store. If your have ordered more than what is available at your local CTM than we shall source the remaining stock for you from the other closest CTM at a subsidized additional transport cost.

When will l get my online orders?

Your order is normally delivered to your door within 1-2 working days after payment is received and confirmed, you will be notified if there are any delays.

CTM supplies quality products to ensure your peace of mind.

Should you change your mind, or have bought too much we will gladly exchange or refund products provided that:

1. The return date is within 30 days of purchase.
2. You have valid proof of purchase (invoice) from CTM.
3. Goods must be in their original sellable condition and packaging.
4. Goods must be returned to your nearest CTM store in Nairobi, Mombasa or Eldoret.

Please ensure you are satisfied with the product before installing as no claims will be accepted after installation.

Buy Online and we will reserve and pack your order to ensure a speedy collection at your local CTM.

We offer free collections at all our CTM stores.

Normally, orders will be ready for collection on the same day payment is made and confirmed. For all cheque payments, your order will be processed and dispatched once the cheque is deposited and clears. See all our payment options here.
