Payment Options


You have FIVE different payment options to pay for your CTM order online:

  1. CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD

    You can pay for your online order using your Credit or Debit Card.

    On check out, Simply select the second option, VISA, MasterCard or American Express, and enter the following information after being redirected to the DPO payment portal:

    1. Enter your Name, Email, Address, Mobile Number, City and Country.
    2. Scroll down and enter the card holder Name, Card Number, Card Expiry Month, Card Expiry Year and lastly the CVV code (Last 3 or 4 digits on the back of the card).
    3. Tick the check box ☑ TICK TO APPROVE THE BELOW TERMS & CONDITIONS
    4. Click on Pay
    5. A 3D secure One Time Passcode which will authenticate the transaction will be sent to you either via SMS or email address.
    6. Enter the code and click Pay.
    7. On Clicking Pay you will be redirected to your bank secure page for 3D authentication. After authentication from the bank you will redirected back to DPO payment page to view a successful payment message.

    Now you can sit back and let us process your order for collection or delivery!

  2. MPESA


    You can pay for your online order using MPESA.

    1. Select “Pay Bill” from the M-PESA menu.
    2. Enter the CTM Webstore business number 88 00 67.
    3. Enter your full Order Reference number or simply write your name
    4. Enter the full order amount which should be between KES 100 and KES 150,000. (The maximum daily MPESA transaction limit is Ksh 300,000.)
    5. Enter your M-PESA PIN.
    6. Check and confirm that all details you entered are correct.
    7. You will receive a confirmation and a transaction CODE via SMS.

  3. CASH/CHEQUE BANK DEPOSIT

    You can deposit the amount directly into our CTM bank account from your preferred bank. Kindly use your order reference number as your reference.

    We will notify you as soon as your payment clears and your order is ready for dispatching. Please note that for a bank or cheque deposit we will NOT release/dispatch any orders if the funds DO NOT appear on our bank account or if the cheque has not fully cleared. If your order is urgent than please make payment via Pesalink, RTGS or MPESA.



  4. ONLINE BANK TRANSFER (Pesalink/RTGS)

    You can login to your Mobile/Internet banking and pay the amount due. We also accept payments via PesaLink, this is a safe, secure and cost efficient platform for bank account to bank account money transfer. It can be done from your Mobile banking, (USSD & Application), Internet banking, ATM and branch front office. Please use your Name or Quote number as your reference number.

  5. Aspira (Credit Financing)

    Aspira is a micro financing facility offered to our CTM customers to spend when you shop at one of our stores or online. Customers can apply for financing with in minutes, after receiving a quotation from CTM.

    Step 1. Get a quote from CTM.
    Step 2. Register with Aspira, online or download the Mobile App from Google Play or App Store.
    Step 3. Apply for financing by sharing your CTM quote and all your details in order for Aspira to do a credit check. You will be required to share a Copy of National ID, 3-month Bank Statements and 12 months M-PESA statements. You then choose the repayment period and amount you need financing for.
    Step 4. If you qualify Aspira sends you a confirmation and makes full payment for your CTM order.
    Step 5. That's it, we process the order and you receive your CTM invoice.
